Returns & Exchanges (5-Day Policy)

• Customers are allowed to request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

Exchange Processing Time

• Once your return is received and inspected, the exchange process will take 1 – 7 business days.
• You will be notified once your replacement item is ready or dispatched.

Conditions for Exchange

• The item must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected.
