All Standard Shipping products are fulfilled directly by Clear View Security. These products are readily available in our store, and we ensure every item is carefully checked and in perfect condition before dispatch.
Delivery Methods
1. Door Delivery
- Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day our delivery agent attempts delivery.
- Deliveries are made between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Our delivery team will attempt delivery up to 2 times over 2 days.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled.
2. Pickup Stations
- Delivery time is calculated from the day you place your order to when you receive notification (via SMS, email, or call) that your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders must be collected within 5 days of arrival at the pickup station.
- Uncollected orders after 5 days will be cancelled.
Important Notes
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Free Shipping on Orders Over KSh 99,999/=
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or high demand periods.
- Customers are advised to provide accurate contact and delivery details to avoid delays.
